Thankyou so much for doing this. I resigned from my 16 year career at Oracle in November last year over the companies actions you listed above. I raised my voice to the very top and was ignored. I tried and I knew it was time to go. Keep trying. I hope they open up dialogue with employees as I know many many feel the same.
